All instructor sessions are open and you do not need to pre-register for them.
You are asked to pre-register with extra fees for some sessions: Thursday’s Pitching Workshop with Laurie Scheer, Agent Q & A sessions, Poem or Page, Q & A Sessions, Contest Entries, Writing Doctor appointments, Advanced Manuscript Critiques, Critique Groups, Written Critiques, Agent pitches, Practice Pitch sessions and Master Classes.
Most presentation sessions happen on the 2nd floor of the Madison Concourse Hotel. Agent Pitches on the first floor and Critiques and Agent Q & As on the sixth floor. You will be given a conference schedule with room locations and a map of the hotel at Registration.
Participants earn 0.6 CEU Friday or Saturday, 0.3 on Sunday (total 1.5). A CEU is a nationally recognized way of recording your participation in noncredit professional development.
